I'd been feeling the need to create something lately. Ordinarily, I find fulfillment from cooking, but since the girls were born it's pretty stressful to cook every night. You see, dinner has a deadline and the kids may or may not assist me in meeting that deadline. Then, if dinner isn't ready on time, I get cranky. I'm one of those people who has to eat at regular times or I become ornery.
Ask T.
If he can't reason with me he'll say, "Do you need to eat something?" Nine times out of ten he's right. The tenth time, I need a nap.
I digress.
So, I've taken up sewing again lately because I can walk away from it and no one is worse for the wear. And it fulfills my creative needs.

Car seat canopies I made for A &M.
I got tired of having blankets blow off in the wind and wanted a better way to give the girls privacy from people and germs. Problems fixed.

Tie onesies I made for a childhood friend of mine who just welcomed a big, beautiful boy into the world.

Corker ribbon hair bows and a personalized t-shirt I made for our neighbor girl's 4th birthday.
